Following the success of the company over the past 12 months, a new Territory Manager is required to assist the Area managers in expanding presence within the grocery sector. Dealing with store managers, throughout Auckland you will be developing relationships and ensuring compliance to national planograms. Focusing on maximizing in store opportunities on shelf as well trying to ensure additional displays and promotional opportunities are secured. The role will be heavily new product distribution based and your ability to develop trust and effectively promote these new lines at store level will be essential to the roles success.
The Successful Applicant
A highly motivated self starter is required, who can manage their time and call file effectively. Your passion for the product will be as critical as your ability to communicate and build rapport. The ability to work autonomously, whilst still being an engaging team player is essential to the roles success. Ideally you will have previous FMCG experience and a proven track record of sales success. A tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
