Reporting into the Marketing Manager for Biscuits & Crackers this newly created Senior Brand Manager role will be responsible for growing the category, with a strong focus on step change innovation. You will come into the business with the view to challenge the norm, disrupt thinking and use your strategic nous to support the Marketing Manager with end to end marketing and the creation of new products. The role will be heavily future focussed in terms of identifying opportunities and shaping Griffin's direction. You will utilise your high level of energy and enthusiasm as well as having a passion and affinity for food. Within the role you will bring campaigns and categories to life through your ability to sell a story and take people on a journey. Griffin's are invested in becoming more visible in market and exciting New Zealanders with their campaigns. You will have the opportunity to create a real difference and to go in to a role that is all encompassing, rather than just activation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful person for the Senior Brand Manager position will ideally have:
- A track record of outstanding results in Brand Management
- A tertiary qualification with a Marketing endorsement
- Proven commercial and analytical skills and excellence in project management
- Immense energy and passion with regards to creating and inspiring team culture
- Forward thinking mindset with ability to follow through and drive results
- Excellence in market planning to create brand equity and profitable sales growth
