About Our Client
Our client has been established for over 50 years and have global recognition as one of the leading manufacturers and distributors in the packaging industry. With a strong and reputable sales force, the organisation is continuing to grow and develop. As a result, they are seeking a driven National Account Manager to help the team drive results through strategic relationship management.
Reporting into the Country Manager this role will see you managing a portfolio of top tier clients within the enterprise market. The role will involve an element of new business development but will assume responsibility for effectively managing a portfolio to ensure increased revenue and superior customer relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally you will have managed accounts with prominent FMCG, Foodservice, manufacturing or distribution markets
- Proven track record of selling & delivering customized solutions together with a proven track record of growing an account base through cross selling/up selling
- You must be comfortable in communicating with senior management teams both internally and externally
- Confident self-starter who is customer-centric & can apply initiatives, together with demonstrated skills to work collaboratively & build integrity-based customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills a must!
- Excellent presentation skills - both verbal/written
