About Our Client
Our client is a well regarded and sought after organisation who are looking to recruit a technically savvy Sales Development Manager with a strong solution sales background and a desire to develop their internal sales team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role requires a motivated individual to help drive and coach the inside sales team and reach sales targets. In addition the role will involve having key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the ANZ region. The ability to engage with and develop rapport with senior stakeholders, as well as an understanding of managing and developing pipeline is essential for success in the role as well as the ability to coach and guide the inside sales team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience prospecting and managing new business within both the SME market as well as with senior stakeholders in a corporate environment. Experience and a proven track record in managing and nurturing people along with exceptional presentation and communication are essential for success in the role.
