Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be required to deliver and implement sales strategies and further develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts at a store level as well as hunt out and new business. Your ability to grow accounts and deliver on sales targets is essential, while reporting back to management on competitor activity at store level. The role offers excellent development opportunities with this market leading employer of choice in the consumer goods arena. You will play an integral part in launching product into the retail channel as well as selling direct to commercial entities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have relevant experience and exposure to business development and the sales process. A drive and hunger to succeed in a business development capacity is essential as is the ability to communicate with customers from a variety of industries and build rapport and trust. Experience in a B2B sales capacity is desirable, as is tenacity and a proven ability to achieve set targets. Degree or trade cert required.
