About Our Client
Our client is an established construction company who work on residential, commercial and interior fit out projects, As a privately owned company they pride themselves on having a people focused culture working with both private and public organisations with a long track record of successfully delivering projects and with this comes an extensive network of clients.
Be in charge of multiple New Build Homes working within a medium density housing development. You will oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed under the correct building regulations and health & safety standards, on budget and on time. You will be responsible for managing sub contractors and consultants and coordinating trades across a number of different projects, liaising with clients and attending regular site meetings to ensure successful completion.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess some if not all of the following skills / experiences:
- Tertiary or Trade Background.
- 10+ years management experience.
- Computer skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Client facing ability
- An LBP or Trade Certification
- Experience within a residential construction company
