Reporting in to the National Sales Manager this role will see you leading a team of Territory Managers across New Zealand. You will execute the company's selling strategies and deliver the commercial sales objectives, driving results through process improvement and the strong engagement of your team. You will manage and build on the capability of this team by ensuring their best practice approach to field planning, execution and reporting. Being a commercially focused individual and understanding the various profit levers to pull you will be able to deliver key account results, execute category strategies and develop new business opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
Hutchinsons are seeking someone with Account or Field Sales experience within FMCG and you will understand best practice in these disciplines. You are looking for that next step up in your career and are likely to be either a Regional/Area Sales Manager or a strong Territory Manager. A strong level of commercial acumen is required and the ability to negotiate well.
