About Our Client
Our client is a global FMCG organisation with a company culture based on innovation, passion, quality and integrity, they now have an opportunity for a results orientated and career driven Junior Key Account Manager.
This Junior Key Account Manager role involves managing the national relationships with their key grocery retail partners including Progressive. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will continue to drive the growth and profitability. It will be your responsibility to develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives while also improving brand performance. You will support the field sales team with relevant data and create effective promotional programmes.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience as a Territory Manager, Account Executive or Junior Key Account Manager in FMCG is a must. You will need to be a naturally strong relationship builder and be analytical. You will need strong trade negotiation, attention to detail and have the ability to be a creative problem solver. You must also be degree qualified and thrive in a work hard play hard atmosphere. The successful applicant is hungry for success, open minded and willing to make this role their own.
