About Our Client
MessageMedia Group are a privately owned Australian business and the parent company of Bulletin, New Zealand who are a leading global provider of mobile messaging solutions. With offices in Auckland, Melbourne, San Francisco and London they have 18,000 clients, 200,000 users and used in 30 different countries.
Manage the channel of a Global Telecommunications Carrier and build long standing relationships within the Sales, Marketing and Product team. You will ensure that you immerse yourself in the everyday movements within the carrier business and integrate yourself as a reliable partner. You will be spinning a lot plates at any one time, onboarding new customers and training staff and their clients through educational sessions, presentations and one on one meetings. You will need to be creative and come up with marketing strategies and initiatives for any new products resulting in the achievement of new revenue and the development of a high performing channel. You will look for opportunities to grow existing relationships and created and execute an operational sales plan.
You will have a direct report who will assist and support in the everyday management of the carrier account. It is vital that there is a clear strategy and direction in place for this report who you will continue to develop and mentor daily.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience of Enterprise and Channel sales
- Leadership and mentoring of Sales Support staff
- Technology and SaaS sales experience
- Worked in a global business where you have built relationships from scratch internally and externally
- Created strong partnerships and built a high performing channel model
- You enjoy working autonomously and are a self-starter who enjoys hunting new business
