Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for growing the Growth Brands portfolio, with a focus on innovation, brand and strategy development and above the line communications with brands such as Canadian Club, Laiphroaig and Roku Gin. The role will have a strong contribution toward NPD strategies focussed on the future growth of the brands, especially on the RTD element of the portfolio. There will be a mentorship component to the role with a Marketing Assistant having a dotted line to the Brand Manager. You will have a high level of energy and enthusiasm as well as having a passion for fine spirits. Within the role you will bring campaigns and categories to life through your ability to sell a story and take people on a journey. You will have the opportunity to create a real difference and to go in to a role that is all encompassing, rather than just activation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful person for the Brand Manager position will ideally have:
- A track record of outstanding results in Brand Management
- Ideally have a tertiary qualification with a Marketing endorsement
- Ability to build meaningful internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Commercially savvy with a drive for exceeding targets
- High energy and a real passion for spirits
- Ability to execute efficient project management
- Proven track record in successful NPD execution
