Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Director’s primary responsibility will be to develop, manage and implement Zeacom’s product and channel marketing strategy plan for the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand markets. Your dedicated track record from within the Telecommunications and/or Software sector will position you well in assessing product and marketing opportunities within the reseller base, and enable you to align solutions and product offerings that maximise revenue growth within the respective markets. Your international marketing experience will assist you in understanding market variances, and tailoring product and service communication plans that are relevant to those markets. Your people management experience will ensure your success in leading and motivating the team to enable the individuals to develop in their roles within an enjoyable business environment, whilst ensuring that the Brand and Product strategy objectives are delivered. Cross regionally you will work with the country heads to lead and implement reseller development programs designed to make the solution offering easier to sell, implement, train and support. You will manage channel marketing and customer relationship activities to maximise geographic market share penetration, synergy and loyalty to the brand and partners.

The Successful Applicant
You possess a dedicated track record of senior marketing experience from within the Telecommunications and/or Software sector and have developed a successful career in managing the full marketing mix for technology leaders.
