About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic International company with a well-established presence in the New Zealand market with cutting edge innovation. A Senior Key Account Manager role now exists to continue the expansion of their activities and market presence through key channels.

Reporting to the Head of Channel, your main responsibility as a Senior Key Account Manager will be to ensure the success of the company's significant account in terms of unit's sales, revenue, investment and margin within your own and team's key accounts. You will represent the organisation in terms of sales and brand through the key account, while maintaining and building the overall relationships between the company and key account.
Your experience in customer development will allow you to actively seek and develop business opportunities that will lead to profitable sales growth. You will leverage your success in operation excellence to closely manage customer forecasts through the supply chain team. Your experience in developing collaborative planning with Product/Retail/and Marketing teams will shape the development and execution of programs that drive superior business results. Your leadership behaviours will encompass driving for results, possessing creative intelligence, ability to navigate organisations and building the best teams not to mention possessing the ability to inspire others. You are a person who is self-aware and keeps up to date on best practice, trends and market information through research, networking and attending seminars.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be highly skilled in managing multiple stakeholders. Your track record within the B2C or B2B sales environment has generated proven results within account planning, promotional planning and demand generation coupled with tested and refined negotiation skills. Supply planning and financial acumen as well as experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through to a senior level will also put you in good stead.

Relevant experience in the Telecommunications or FMCG industry is preferred.
